These consumables offer temporary buffs and stat boosts, crucial for surviving the intense 90-second enemy waves. The four new additions are:

• Antipathy: A rare anointment increasing resistance.
• Blackblood: A common anointment boosting a random core stat.
• Vitriol: A magical anointment enhancing damage over time.
• Triune Anointment Cache: A new cache containing anointments, rare gear, and crafting materials.

Interestingly, recipes for these anointments have also been discovered, suggesting crafting will play a role in obtaining them. Further details, including acquisition methods, usage costs, and crafting material requirements, remain shrouded in mystery until the PTR closes on July 2nd.
