Proceed to the northern Core of Chu'ulel: Interior. Retrieve the Radiant Fragment near the broken bridge and place it on the nearby Radiant Pillar. Descend through the floor opening. Obtain the Rust-Spotted Key from the library (near a jar). Activate the elevator mechanism, ascend, retrieve the Radiant Fragment, and place it on the southwestern Radiant Pillar. Head east, use the Rust-Spotted Key to remove the seal, collect the two Radiant Fragments behind the wall, and place them on the northwestern Radiant Pillar to unlock the elevator.
