Wind direction is crucial. Downwind approaches increase the animal's alertness, crosswind is moderate, while upwind offers the best chance of undetected approach.

Observe the AI's behavior. A question mark occasionally appears above the animal icon. Movement while the question mark is visible accelerates meter filling; remain still until it disappears.
