Exclusive Rewards: Pocket Blastoise Wonder Pick Event Updates

The Pokémon TCG Pocket Blastoise Wonder Pick event continues! Part two offers fresh cosmetic rewards, available until January 28th.

The in-game shop boasts new Blastoise-themed goodies: a Blastoise icon, coin, card sleeves, and a striking blue Blastoise playmat. Event tickets, however, cease distribution on January 22nd, so daily logins are crucial for completionists. These tickets can also be exchanged for Shinedust (50 Shinedust per ticket, up to 1000 Shinedust total).

Following the holiday season's generous booster and Pack Hourglass giveaways, the event pace has slowed. Many players have completed the Mythical Island booster packs and await the next expansion (rumored for late January). The confirmation that Pack Hourglasses will be usable in future expansions has prompted significant hoarding.

This Blastoise event provides renewed incentive for daily logins. Remember, the first part of the event (January 6th onwards) offered Squirtle and Charmander promo cards with unique artwork, alongside a Blue and Blastoise backdrop and cover. Event missions (cumulative across both event parts) reward Event Shop Tickets, achievable through Wonder Pick participation and collecting Fire and Water-type cards. The Bonus Pick also grants these tickets. Note that trading these limited promo cards may be restricted, emphasizing the importance of daily participation.
