In Masked Meadows, locate the large, multi-story building in the northern section. The workshop isn't above ground; instead, search for a ground-level entrance to an underground area. Follow the path downwards until you reach a room filled with machinery, masks, and other items. This is Daigo's workshop. However, to complete the quest, you must interact with specific items.

This quest is divided into two parts. The game prompts you to examine three marked items (indicated by exclamation marks) within the workshop to earn XP.
