This safe haven offers a more controlled environment compared to standard operations. While multiple Cell Gardens exist, locating each one follows a consistent pattern regardless of level. Your initial Cell Garden visit stems from Mattias's request to investigate a ghost girl rumor. To begin, navigate to Level 2's main cell block (2-A000). In the block's left corner, you'll find a small room resembling an elevator. Interact with it to reach 2-E165 (Enzo's location).

From 2-E165, follow the right-hand wall to another small room containing a device leading to 2-G100. Repeat this process; the far room in 2-G100 houses the device that unlocks the Cell Garden.

This access method remains consistent across all levels. Unlocking the Quick-Travel Entitlement significantly reduces travel time. Post-main quest completion, access becomes unrestricted, but acquiring the Entitlement is recommended for efficiency.
