1. Post-Chapter 5: After defeating Adam and Eve in Chapter 5, you'll receive a call from Operator 6O. This initiates the "Investigating Communications" quest; complete it immediately as it's easily missed.

2. Chapter 6 & 7 Progression: Advance through Chapter 6 (Forest Castle events) and into Chapter 7.

3. "Terminal Repairs": Following a conversation with Pascal about A2, explore the city ruins. Operator 6O will contact you again, directing you to check your inbox at an access point to start "Terminal Repairs."

4. "Find a Present": While returning to the Resistance Camp during Chapter 7, you'll receive a final call from Operator 6O mentioning flowers and a new inbox message. This message initiates "Find a Present."
