The Hand of Wisdom and Action (HoWA) is a unique glove dropped by Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss. Xesht resides within the Twisted Domain, accessible via a Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone.

The Realmgate is near the Atlas's starting location. Click the home icon on the Atlas to easily locate it.

Alternatively, you can acquire HoWA on the Path of Exile 2 official trading website, though expect a hefty price; even poorly rolled pairs cost multiple divines.

How to Obtain a Breachstone in PoE 2

There are two methods for obtaining a Breachstone:

• Combine Breach Splinters: Farm Breach map nodes on the Atlas to collect Breach Splinters. While relatively common, gathering 300 requires extensive Breach farming. Combine 300 splinters to create a Breachstone.
