The esports scene is buzzing with excitement as S8UL secures their spot to represent India at the Pokémon Unite World Championship Series (WCS). This achievement comes on the heels of their disappointing early exit from the Pokémon Unite Asia Champions League, marking a significant comeback for the team.

After a challenging start in the India Qualifiers, where they lost their opening match, S8UL fought their way back through the lower bracket. They dominated formidable opponents including Team Dynamis, QML, and Revenant XSpark, showcasing their resilience and skill. Now, they are set to compete in the WCS Finals in the USA this August.

This isn't the first time S8UL has qualified for the WCS; they were also set to represent India in the 2024 WCS. Unfortunately, visa issues prevented them from competing in Honolulu. With cross-border travel to the US still a complex issue, the team hopes to overcome these challenges and make a strong impression at the WCS 2025 finals.

In other esports news, the PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) finals are also approaching later this week, adding to the excitement in the gaming community.
