Radiation Island plunges you into a vast, open-world survival adventure. Stranded in an alternate reality following a Philadelphia Experiment mishap, you must utilize your wits and resourcefulness to uncover the secrets of this mysterious land and find your way back home.

This breathtakingly beautiful yet perilous world presents a multitude of challenges. Navigate sprawling forests teeming with dangerous predators like wolves, bears, and mountain lions. Explore abandoned settlements and military installations, where undead guardians protect essential tools, weapons, and clues crucial to unraveling the island's mysteries. Even the waters hold their own dangers – hungry crocodiles lurk beneath the surface.

Survival necessitates resourcefulness. Hunt wildlife, fish, and forage for fruits to stave off hunger. Mine for raw materials and craft weapons, tools, and rudimentary vehicles. Discover hidden caches of treasure, equipment, and firearms to combat the island's many threats: radiation, environmental anomalies, harsh weather, and aggressive zombies.
