RuneScape Drops Epic 2024-2025 Roadmap

Jagex has unveiled an exciting roadmap for RuneScape, spanning 2024 and 2025! The "RuneScape Ahead" video showcases a wealth of upcoming content. Let's explore the highlights.

Key Updates and Additions:

The year kicks off with the highly anticipated Group Ironman mode. Team up with up to four friends for a collaborative experience, free from external assistance. This cooperative challenge arrives later this year.

Autumn brings "The Gate of Elidinis," a challenging new skilling boss encounter within the Sanctum of Rebirth, tied to an upcoming major story quest.

The roadmap promises a flurry of story quests, including a winter release revisiting classic narratives and culminating in a desert-based finale. This leads to a showdown with Amascut, the Devourer, in a brand-new end-game boss fight.

Skilling enthusiasts will be thrilled with 110 skilling updates planned. 2024 features Woodcutting & Fletching enhancements, complete with a new skill tree and weaponry, while 110 RuneCrafting and 110 Crafting are slated for 2025.

Seasonal festivities include the debut of "Harvest Hollow," featuring a new quest, spooky rewards, and themed activities. The beloved "Christmas Village" returns later in the year, promising fresh quests, festive fun, and holiday rewards.

Looking Ahead:

Beyond the immediate future, a major area expansion is planned for late 2025. Further additions include community-requested features like new combat achievements, a fourth Necromancy conjure ability, and a fresh Slayer monster.
