You're the state-appointed manager of an apartment building, tasked with maintaining tenant satisfaction—a façade concealing your true mission: spying on your tenants! Your job involves secretly monitoring tenants, bugging their apartments, searching their belongings for threats to the state, and profiling them for your superiors. Report anyone violating laws or plotting against the state.
