The Buienradar app kicks off with either a 3-hour or a 24-hour rain radar forecast. The rain radar image will show you whether it's going to rain in the upcoming hours or even the next day. Beneath the radar, you'll find the rain graph, which provides detailed information about when it's going to rain and how much rainfall is expected, measured in millimeters. For a closer look at your city or town, simply tap the magnifying glass icon to zoom in.
The Buienradar app is available for your Android phone and tablet. With the handy widget, which includes the rain graph, you can quickly check if rain is on the way without even opening the app!
Exciting news: the Buienradar Wear OS app is back! Use it to check the rain radar, rain graph, and the forecast for the coming hour. We're planning to add more features in the coming months. Please note that the Buienradar Watch App is exclusively available in the Google Play Store and supports only wearables running on Android Wear OS.

You can find personalized weather information in the "Komende uren in" (Next 8 hours weather prediction) table for your favorite location, even abroad! This includes hour-to-hour predictions for temperature, feeling temperature, the amount of rainfall per hour in millimeters, the chance of rain, and wind force measured in Beaufort.
In addition to thunderstorm, snow, sun, wind, and temperature maps, we also provide data on wind chill, ground temperature, sun intensity, air pressure, gusts, visibility, and humidity, along with the precise times of sunrise and sunset for your location.
We offer seasonal radar maps as well. In the summer, you can use our pollen and mosquito radars to get timely notifications about when to hang up your mosquito net. In the winter, our snow radar keeps you informed about winter precipitation, and we also have a map for ground temperature to alert you about night frost.
In the "14-daagse" tab (14-day forecast), you'll find a graphical weather forecast for the next 14 days. By clicking on the "Lijst" tab, you can access a detailed list view, which provides an hourly forecast for the next 7 days and a daily average for the second week.
In the "Meldingen" tab, you can set up your own rain alert (free push notification) tailored to your daily schedule and favorite locations, ensuring you're never caught unprepared for rain or a storm.
If you prefer an ad-free experience, we offer the Buienradar Premium plan for €4,99. You can easily find this option in "Instellingen" ("Settings") and then select "Neem Buienradar Premium" (Get Buienradar Premium).

From this update, Buienradar Plus has been renamed to Buienradar Premium! We've also made some minor improvements.
