• My Appointments

With "HA Go", patients can easily review their upcoming appointments as well as their attendance records from the past year. This feature helps users stay organized and never miss an important medical visit.

• BookHA (Book Specialist Outpatient Clinic)

"HA Go" serves as a convenient platform for the public to apply for new case appointments at Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOPC). It supports a wide range of specialties, including Anaesthesiology (Pain Clinic), Cardiothoracic Surgery, Clinical Oncology, Ear, Nose and Throat, Eye, Gynaecology, Medicine, Neurosurgery, Obstetrics, Orthopaedics & Traumatology, Paediatrics, and Surgery.

• Pay HA

The app offers a seamless platform for patients to pay their medical fees and charges. In addition to viewing detailed billing information, "HA Go" supports multiple payment options, such as "Scan and Pay" and "Barcode for convenience stores", making payments quick and hassle-free.

• Rehab

For patients enrolled in a rehabilitation program, "HA Go" provides a flexible solution to follow therapists' instructions and perform prescribed exercises at any time, whether at home or in the community. The program is delivered through engaging multimedia materials, including videos and games, to enhance the rehab experience.

• Medication

This feature allows patients to access their dispensing records, drug information, and allergy records all in one place, making it easier to manage their medications and stay informed about their health.

• My Health Info

"HA Go" enables patients to receive tailored health information and instructions from healthcare professionals in various formats, such as e-pamphlets, videos, and soundtracks. The soundtrack player includes a repetition control feature and can be played within the app or in the background, ensuring that health information from the Hospital Authority is accessible and understandable.
