Materials

AndaSeat evidently invested considerable time researching the Kaiser 4's constituent materials, guaranteeing both resilience and comfort.
Zhao Yi details the components for us. “The AndaSeat Kaiser 4 uses high-density cold-cured foam, premium leather or fabric covering, and a reinforced steel frame. 
“These materials”, he explains, “were selected for their durability, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. The high-density foam offers lasting support, while the premium covering ensures breathability and simple maintenance”.

Manufacturing

Each AndaSeat Kaiser 4 takes over a week to manufacture, via a process using automated and manual input from engineers and testers. 
“Our quality control process comprises multiple testing and inspection phases”, reveals Zhao Yi. “This starts with material testing for durability and safety, followed by ergonomic testing to confirm comfort and support”.
Once all these tests and inspections are complete, the chair is ready for final assembly.
