Players will control dual protagonists, Yasuke (a Samurai) and Naoe (a Shinobi), navigating 16th-century Japan. The game's development has been fraught with challenges, including negative feedback and multiple delays. The latest delay pushed the release date to March 20, 2025.

The leaked information, originating from a now-deleted Steam update according to Insider Gaming, details "Claws of Awaji."
