Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall inside a toxic Kentucky BioTech facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask failure and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a red-lit locked door. Use a hatchet (found on a mannequin) to force it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie transformation of the mannequins. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). You'll initially receive a map to the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. Solve the computer puzzle in the Director's office (answers: "Access" and "Lift"). Eliminate more zombies in the A.C.R. room. Approaching the mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms it into an abomination. Before engaging, gather armor plates, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently defeat the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend from the A.C.R. room. Locate the grappling point to the left of the security desk elevator to reach the Administration Facility. Answer the ringing phone and find four documents to place in the file display area.

Manequins will pursue you; sprint and maintain distance while collecting the documents (one on a corner desk, one near a round table, one on a small central table, and one in the cafe). Defeat the resulting Mangler Zombie to obtain the Green Card.

Obtaining the Blue Card

Grapple across to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone, locate the camera stands surrounding a glass chamber, and retrieve the Blue Card. Eliminate the resulting Mimic (lure it out by shooting moving objects).

Retrieving the Red Card

Follow the red carpets in the East Wing to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through the red tunnel, climb the ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock the door using the blacklight-revealed code, then activate the console and turn all drain switches within 25 seconds.

After draining the water, pursue the Mangler and defeat it along with the accompanying zombies to acquire the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk system. Take the elevator to the top floor. Answer the red phone and engage the final battle against the Disciple and numerous zombies. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence.
