Ninja Kiwi has just rolled out an exhilarating new update for their beloved tower defense game, Bloons TD 6. This update introduces the Rogue Legends DLC, a thrilling, randomly generated single-player campaign brimming with challenges, artifacts, and intense boss fights that promise to keep players on their toes.
The Rogue Legends DLC injects a fresh wave of excitement into Bloons TD 6 with its monkeys, darts, and an array of chaotic defenses. But what sets this DLC apart? It features over 10 meticulously crafted tile-based maps, each presenting different paths for players to navigate.
Prepare to face various challenge tiles that throw boss rushes, endurance rounds, races, and numerous obstacles at you. Each challenge offers performance-based rewards, making every victory sweet and rewarding.
Bloons TD 6's new update also includes merchants and campfires where you can collect power-ups and artifacts. There are 60 of these to discover, and you can also pick up temporary buffs or even re-roll them for a fee in in-game cash.
The bosses in Rogue Legends are no pushovers; they're massive Bloon monstrosities that require strategy and skill to defeat. Upon defeating them, they drop permanent, boss-exclusive artifacts that you can carry into future campaigns. Defeat enough bosses, and you'll unlock five challenging post-boss stages. Survive these, and you'll gain access to an endless CHIMPS campaign.
Alongside the DLC, the update introduces a new advanced map called Enchanted Glade, where your mission is to protect a magical tree. This map comes with a new Tinkerfairy Rosalia skin that perfectly complements the enchanted theme. Additionally, the update includes the usual balance changes, trophy store cosmetics, and other tweaks to enhance your gameplay experience.
Even if you choose not to purchase the DLC, you can still enjoy the regular map and balance updates, and all maps are accessible within the DLC as well. So, head over to the Google Play Store to grab the game and the Rogue Legends DLC.
