This announcement follows a discrepancy with the current Battle Pass countdown, which initially suggested a March 20th reset. More details about Season 3 are promised next week, coinciding with Warzone's 5th anniversary.
Anticipation is high for Season 3, particularly surrounding the rumored return of the popular Verdansk map. Activision has hinted at Verdansk's return this spring, and a recent in-game shop pop-up teased "The Verdansk Collection" arriving March 10th, further fueling speculation.
While we await further details next week, players can continue enjoying Season 2's content, which includes five new multiplayer maps, the return of Gun Game, new weapons and operators, and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover event.
