Yet, the journey to romance this fierce and independent member of the Aldecaldos is a rewarding path that adds a rich layer of emotion to V's adventures in the dystopian Night City.

To start your romantic journey with Panam, you'll need to progress to Act 2 of Cyberpunk 2077. It's crucial to choose the Male V Voice and Male V Body Type; otherwise, romancing Panam won't be possible. Below, you'll find a detailed guide on the missions necessary to foster a romantic relationship with her.

Complete Ghost Town

Ghost Town becomes available after the Playing for Time quest at the start of Act 2. This mission introduces V to Johnny Silverhand's former lover, Rogue Amendiares, at the Afterlife, who then directs V to meet Panam Palmer, a Nomad. Despite a rocky start, helping Panam reclaim her car from the Raffen at Rocky Ridge can set the stage for a blossoming relationship.

Whether you choose stealth or a direct approach to deal with the Raffen doesn't matter. What's important is supporting Panam when she seeks revenge on Nash. When asked about her vengeance, select "OK. So where's this hideout?" This choice leads V and Panam to the Raffen Shiv hideout to eliminate Nash and his crew. After the mission, when Panam asks "Feel better now?", it's a chance to bond further by heading to the Sunset Motel to celebrate.

At the motel's bar, celebrate with a beer and choose either:

• [Drink] To what's ahead!

Following this, a playful flirtation can begin when Panam mentions getting a room. Respond with "Maybe we get just one room?" Even if Panam doesn't fully catch on, this sets you on the right path. End the night at the motel to conclude the Ghost Town mission.

Complete Lightning Breaks

After waking up from the motel, head to the garage to start Lightning Breaks. You'll assist Panam in taking down a Kang Tao AV and kidnapping Anders Hellman. No dialogue choices here directly affect your relationship with Panam, but staying close and following her lead will lead seamlessly into the next mission, Life During Wartime.

Join Panam at the crashed Kang Tao AV to rescue Mitch. It doesn't matter who shoots the Kang Tao guard; Mitch will survive either way. However, show empathy by choosing "I'm sorry about Scorpion" over an unnecessary scolding during a moment of grief.

When you encounter Hellman at the gas station and later meet Saul, the Aldecaldos' leader, defend Panam by selecting "It really wasn't Panam's fault." This loyalty will strengthen your bond with her. After the mission, reply to Panam's message with "Maybe Mitch was right. You should go back. Settle everything once and for all." Wait a few in-game hours or days, completing other tasks until Panam calls to start Riders of the Storm. Remember, you must head to the Aldecaldos Camp within 24 in-game hours to avoid failing Panam's romance quests.

Complete Riders of the Storm

At the Aldecaldos Camp, you'll learn that Saul has been kidnapped by Wraiths. Show your loyalty to Panam by selecting "We're chooms, that's why" when she asks for help, and choose "Yeah, 'course" when deciding to ride with her.

Your approach to rescuing Saul from the Wraiths' compound, whether stealthy or aggressive, doesn't matter. What's crucial is defending Panam during an argument with Saul by saying:

• Let's take it easy – you're both tired.
• Shitty idea, Panam's right.

These choices lead to a private moment where you can flirt with Panam, selecting:

• Pleased with your stay, ma'am?
• You'd be more comfortable with your shoes off, ma'am.
• [Touch Panam's thigh] Got a few ideas.

Although Panam may reject your advances initially, the next morning, approach her and choose "[Stop Panam] Wait. About last night…" This will result in a kiss from Panam, ending the mission on a high note with Johnny's approval as she rides off into the Badlands.

Complete With a Little Help from My Friends

After a few in-game days, Panam will call for help at the Aldecaldos Camp. Agree to assist her by choosing "OK, I'm in," and opt to ride with her by selecting "I'm riding with you."

At the trainyard, climb the tower with Panam and engage in a meaningful conversation, choosing:

• So let's start.
• Great plan. What went wrong?
• So far, so good.
• Why's it different with me?
• [Touch Panam's hand] Next time, try following that impulse.

These choices deepen your bond and unlock further romantic paths. After leaving the tower, join the Aldecaldos campfire and select "[Scooch closer] Gotten kinda cold" before sleeping. Complete the mission as instructed upon waking up.

Complete Queen of the Highway

Wait an in-game day away from the camp, doing other tasks until Panam calls you back. Head to her and enter the Basilisk, where you can flirt by saying "Nice and cozy in here."

After driving the Basilisk and shooting abandoned cars, sync your synapses with Panam and choose "[Let Panam touch you] Oh, yeah. Let's go." This leads to an intimate scene, solidifying your relationship.

Back at the Aldecaldos Camp, continue the romance with:

• [Drink] Listen, what happened in the Basilisk…
• I'd love to. But I can't.
• [Stand] I'll think it over, I promise.

After dealing with the Relic's malfunction, choose to stay a bit longer by saying "I can stay for a bit. Thanks." Walk with Panam to your vehicle and respond:

How to Go on Dates with Panam

With Cyberpunk 2077's Update 2.1, you can further your romance with Panam through the mission I Really Want To Stay At Your House. After romancing her, reply to her message to invite her to one of V's apartments (excluding Dogtown). While you won't explore Night City together, you can enjoy a cozy night in, strengthening your bond even further.
