Revealed during Sony's State of Play 2025, Lies of P: Overture will launch Summer 2025 on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles. A gameplay trailer showcasing new environments, bosses, and a mysterious guide is available below.
Building upon the critically acclaimed single-player action RPG, Lies of P (IGN rated 8/10), Overture delves into the origins of the Puppet Frenzy. The game reimagines the Pinocchio tale with a dark, Bloodborne-esque twist.

Overture serves as a dramatic prequel, transporting players to Krat, a city in its twilight hours of Belle Époque splendor, on the precipice of the devastating Puppet Frenzy. Players assume the role of Geppetto's puppet, guided by a Legendary Stalker, uncovering hidden lore and confronting challenging battles that shape Lies of P's narrative.
Setting & Story:
As Geppetto's creation, you encounter a mysterious artifact that catapults you back to Krat's final days. Your mission: unravel the city's dark secrets, facing surprises, loss, and vengeance. Your choices will resonate across the past and present, revealing hidden truths and impacting the Lies of P universe.

Publisher Neowiz previously hinted at this DLC and confirmed plans for a sequel. The original Lies of P achieved a million copies sold within a month of its September 18, 2023 release across multiple platforms.
