How to Get Dhelmise in Pokemon GO

Dhelmise’s Weaknesses & Resistances

Dhelmise is a Grass- and Ghost-type Pokemon, making it vulnerable to Fire-, Dark-, Ice-, Ghost-, and Flying-type attacks, which deal 160% super-effective damage. Conversely, Dhelmise has resistances to Grass-, Water-, Electric-, and Ground-type moves at 63%, and to Fighting and Normal types at 39%.

Can Dhelmise Be Shiny?

Unfortunately, Dhelmise cannot be Shiny in Pokemon GO at the moment. This means you won't encounter a Shiny variant after defeating it in a 3-Star Raid. Typically, new Pokemon are introduced without their Shiny forms, which are often added later, possibly during a future event like a dedicated Community Day.

Beloved Buddies Dates & Times

Mark your calendars! The Beloved Buddies event kicks off in Pokemon GO on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM and runs until Saturday, February 15 at 8:00 PM local time. Make sure you're ready to participate from the start to maximize your event experience.

Increased Wild Spawns During Beloved Buddies

During the Beloved Buddies event, you'll notice an increase in wild spawns of friendship-themed Pokemon. The lineup includes Cutiefly, Diglett, Dunsparce, Fomantis, Illumise, Mantine, Minun, Nidoran♀, Nidoran♂, Plusle, Remoraid, Shellder, Slowpoke, and Volbeat. Excitingly, all these Pokemon have the potential to be Shiny, with increased odds for Shiny Dunsparce and Diglett. Use Lure Modules and Incenses to boost your chances of encountering these special variants.

Beloved Buddies Bonuses In Pokemon GO

The Beloved Buddies event brings several bonuses to Pokemon GO players, enhancing your gameplay experience:

• Double XP for catching any Pokemon
• Lure Modules lasting for an extended 60 minutes
• Lure Modules attracting event-themed Pokemon like Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis
• +500 Stardust for catching Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis

Raid Bosses During Beloved Buddies

Shiny odds are better in Raids, with Mega Raid bosses like Mega Tyranitar having a 1 in 128 chance of being Shiny, and Legendary Raids offering a 1 in 20 chance. However, since Incarnate Enamorus cannot be Shiny during Beloved Buddies, these odds won't apply this time.

Field Research Tasks
