Pokemon Go’s first Community Day of 2025 will feature Sprigaito

Get ready for the first Pokémon Go Community Day of 2025! The event kicks off on January 5th, featuring the Grass-type starter Sprigatito.

From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, Sprigatito will appear much more frequently in the wild. This is your prime opportunity to catch plenty of these adorable Pokémon.

Evolving your Sprigatito into Floragato and then Meowscarada during the event (or within the five-hour post-event window) unlocks the powerful Charged Attack, Frenzy Plant. It will also permanently learn Flower Trick, boosting its combat potential.

Community Day bonuses amplify the fun:

• Triple Stardust and Double Candy: Maximize your rewards for every Pokémon caught.
• Double Candy XL Chance: Trainers level 31 and above have a significantly increased chance of obtaining Candy XL.
