Is This Seat Taken?: A Hilarious Logic Puzzle Game Coming to Mobile and Steam
Wholesome Games Presents and Poti Poti Studios are bringing a unique logic puzzle game to mobile and PC, titled Is This Seat Taken? This isn't your average puzzle; social dynamics are the key to solving its quirky challenges.
A Public Steam Demo Launches February 10th
A playable demo will be available on Steam starting February 10th, offering a taste of the comedic puzzle-solving experience. Developed by Poti Poti Studios and published by Wholesome Games Presents, the mobile version (Android) is anticipated later this year.
Comedy and Chaos: Nat's Global Adventure
The game follows Nat, an aspiring actor whose life takes an unexpected turn after spotting someone they admire on screen. This sparks a global quest to meet their idol, leading to a series of increasingly hilarious seating arrangements.
Each level presents a new, wildly different scenario, from crowded movie theaters and chaotic wedding receptions to taxi rides and extravagant banquets. The challenge lies in placing individuals with diverse and often conflicting preferences in the optimal seats. A music lover won't appreciate sitting next to a sleep-deprived traveler, and a person with a sensitive nose will certainly avoid the cologne-drenched individual.
Mastering the Art of Seating Diplomacy
The core gameplay revolves around preventing unhappy neighbors and avoiding those dreaded death stares. The game cleverly captures the stress and satisfaction of event planning, all within a lighthearted and enjoyable puzzle format.
Mobile Mayhem: No Pressure, Just Fun
Is This Seat Taken? features no timers or leaderboards, focusing instead on relaxed, cozy puzzle-solving. Players act as matchmakers, navigating increasingly ridiculous seating dilemmas and escalating challenges with each level.
While the mobile Play Store page isn't yet live, you can learn more about the game on its official Steam page.
