Explore a brand-new snowy tundra habitat. Brave icy winds, navigate knee-deep snow, and encounter a host of formidable monsters. This season introduces Lagombi, Volvidon, Somnacanth, and the fearsome Tigrex.

Returning favorites include Barioth, along with smaller monsters like Wulg and Cortos. Tigrex will be a major player in Hunt-a-thons and may even make surprise appearances in the field. Unlock these creatures by completing urgent quests as you progress through Season 4's story chapters. Finish the prologue to gain access to the tundra.

Master the Switch Axe, a powerful new weapon. This versatile tool offers two modes: Axe Mode for powerful, sweeping attacks and Sword Mode for ferocious, close-quarters combat. Unlock the Switch Gauge by completing the pre-season story in Chapter 2.

Customize your Palico companion. These helpful allies assist in gathering materials and scouting monsters. Personalize their fur color, facial features, and give them a unique name. AR functionality lets you bring your custom Palico into the real world for memorable photos.

Boost your hunts with Friend Cheering. Send cheers to your friends to provide them with a temporary health boost for the day. Note that there's a limit to the amount of health you can gain from cheers.
