Marvel Snap's Amazing Spider-Season Swings into Action!

September brings a new Marvel Snap (Free) season, and it's a web-slinging extravaganza! This season introduces "Activate," a new card ability type. Activate abilities let you choose when to trigger a card's effect, offering strategic flexibility and bypassing On Reveal counters.

The Season Pass card, Symbiote Spider-Man (4-Cost, 6-Power), showcases this new mechanic. His Activate ability lets you absorb the lowest-cost card at a location and copy its effect, even re-triggering On Reveal abilities. Prepare for some seriously fun (and potentially overpowered) combos! Check out the official season reveal video below:

Beyond the Season Pass, several new cards join the fray:

• Silver Sable: (1-Cost, 1-Power) On Reveal: Steals 2 Power from the top card of your opponent's deck. A sneaky addition to many strategies.

• Madame Web: (Ongoing) Allows you to move one card at her location to another location once per turn. Expect some tactical repositioning!

• Arana: (1-Cost, 1-Power) Activate: Moves the next card you play to the right and gives it +2 Power. A valuable addition to move-based decks.

• Scarlet Spider (Ben Reilly): (4-Cost, 5-Power) Activate: Spawns an identical clone at another location. Prepare for power duplication!

Two new locations also debut:

• Brooklyn Bridge: You can't play cards here on consecutive turns. Strategic placement is key!

• Otto's Lab: The next card played here pulls a card from your opponent's hand into the location. Expect unexpected twists!
