TikTok issued a statement on X/Twitter, stating, "In collaboration with our service providers, TikTok is restoring service." The statement continued, expressing gratitude to President Trump for providing assurances to service providers, preventing penalties for providing TikTok to over 170 million Americans and supporting over 7 million small businesses.
The statement concluded, "This action strongly upholds the First Amendment and opposes arbitrary censorship. We will collaborate with President Trump to establish a long-term solution ensuring TikTok's continued presence in the United States."
