Top-Down Action Roguelike Shadow of the Depth Launches Open Beta on Android

ChillyRoom's highly anticipated action roguelike, Shadow of the Depth, is currently in open beta on Android! Best of all, your progress won't be reset when the game officially launches in December 2024. This is a great opportunity to experience the game, provide feedback to the developers, and retain your achievements.

ChillyRoom, known for successful titles like Soul Knight and Meow Hunter, is offering this open beta in select regions.

Open Beta Availability:

Currently, the Shadow of the Depth open beta is available in the U.S., Canada, Brazil, UK, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. The beta is free to download. A full release is planned for other regions later this year.

Beta Rewards:

Log in before December 5th to receive 200 in-game diamonds as a thank you for participating in the beta test.

Gameplay Overview:

Shadow of the Depth blends classic action roguelike gameplay with a medieval fantasy setting. Players assume the role of Arthur, a blacksmith's son seeking revenge against the monsters that destroyed his village. He's joined by swordsmen, hunters, and mages in their descent into a monster-infested abyss.

Expect challenging combat, randomized dungeons filled with traps, and formidable boss battles. With over 140 passive skills and a robust talent system, you can customize your playstyle extensively. The game features single-player gameplay with controller support.

Don't miss out! Download the open beta from the Google Play Store, or pre-register if you're outside the beta regions. Also, check out our other news on the fantasy turn-based RPG, Grimguard Tactics, for Android.
