Marvel SNAP's initial Spotlight Cache card for 2025, Victoria Hand, is an Ongoing character that enhances cards generated within your hand. While often considered a core card for card-generation decks, Victoria Hand surprisingly excels in discard decks as well. This guide presents two effective deck builds for Victoria Hand, one for each archetype, to help you integrate her into the current SNAP metagame.

Reports suggest Victoria Hand might buff cards generated in the opponent's hand or cards that change locations. Whether this is a bug or intended functionality remains unclear. If not a bug, the card description needs revision. Regardless, it's a factor to consider when using Victoria Hand decks.

Super Skrull is an effective counter to Victoria Hand in the current metagame. Many players use Doctor Doom 2099 decks, which Skrull synergizes with, making him a valuable tech card against both Victoria Hand and Doom 2099 lineups.
Additional counters include Shadow King and Enchantress. Shadow King removes Victoria's buffs from a single lane, while Enchantress negates her buffs entirely by removing all Ongoing effects. Valkyrie, played in a key enemy lane, can also disrupt their Power distribution.
Victoria Hand is a worthwhile addition to your collection. Whether acquired through the Spotlight Cache or purchased with Tokens, she offers a strong return on investment. Despite some RNG reliance, her permanent buffs allow for consistent deck building. Her compatibility with various archetypes, such as card-generation and discard, makes her a valuable asset for many players.
