While specific titles weren't named, the announcement builds upon Microsoft's existing 10-year agreement with Nintendo (announced February 25, 2023), guaranteeing simultaneous release of Call of Duty on both Xbox and Nintendo platforms with identical features and content.

This strategy aligns with Xbox's current practice of porting games like Grounded and Pertinent to competing consoles (Switch and PlayStation), aiming to maximize player reach. The Switch 2's enhanced capabilities further enhance the appeal of porting additional Xbox games.
