Embark on an adventure that evolves from daytime to nighttime levels, where the challenge intensifies. At the outset of each level, select from a growing selection of plants to build your defense. Start with two plants and two slots, which will expand as you progress through the levels. With a total of thirty diverse plants and up to ten slots at your disposal, you're in control of your strategy. The game unfolds across five lanes, where zombies march inexorably towards your house. Deploy various plants, each with unique abilities, to halt the undead in their tracks. The currency of the game is "sun", which you can earn during daytime levels or by planting specific sun-generating plants. Be vigilant, as a zombie reaching the end of a lane triggers a lawnmower to clear that lane. Should a second zombie make it through, it's game over.

Each mini-game features 8 levels of distinct challenges:

• Light Up Stars: Fill specific spaces with Starfruit to progress. Plant only in designated areas and choose your plants wisely to maximize your coverage.
• Slot Machine: Let the slot machine dictate your plant placements. Each level may bring a new set of plants, as you fend off an endless zombie onslaught until you reach the sun goal.
• Little Zombie: Face a horde of shrunken zombies. Receive plants via a conveyor belt, with each level offering a different set. Remember to save your bombs for the big waves!
• Last Stand: Survive 3 to 5 rounds with a fixed set of ten plants. No sun-producing plants are available; start with a substantial sun reserve and earn more after each round.
• Zombie Quick: Experience the game at double speed, affecting zombies, plants, and all game elements.
• Invisible Zombies: Detect and defeat zombies you can't see, using plants provided by a magical conveyor belt. Use ice-shrooms or shooters to reveal their positions.
• Bowling: Roll Trees, Palm Trees, and Tomato Bombs across the lanes to strike zombies. Watch as the hit zombies ricochet, potentially taking out others.
• Push Pumpkin: Maneuver a zombie to push pumpkins into target zones, remembering that the zombie can only push, not pull.
• Dotman: Navigate a Piranha Flower through a maze, eating all the dots while avoiding four colorful zombies.
