How to Start The Lost Shipment Quest

Talk to Captain Shirker

Find Captain Shirker on The Vincible, docked southeast in town.

After a meal at The Delectable Dab, he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat. Locate this man in the Town Square.

He'll lead you to "The Illusion," requiring you to impersonate "Sam" (who has a monobrow). Obtain a monobrow from the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver, 280 Copper).

Ask Around at The Hooked Hand

Question patrons at The Hooked Hand near Eel Street. You'll be directed to The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

The Fishmonger requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), place it inside the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger. Hide nearby to observe.

Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Remove your Guard armor to reveal your monobrow. Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the Level 30 thief and retrieve the Plumbatae. Return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
