Welcome to a futuristic world where robots reign supreme, and the struggle for battery life is real. In "No Robots, No Life" (ノーロボット ノーライフ), you step into the shoes of a highly customizable robot navigating a dynamic, ever-evolving landscape. This pre-alpha version promises exciting gameplay features and real-time interactions that keep you on the edge of your seat.

Gameplay Features

As a robot in "No Robots, No Life," you can fully interchange your limbs and body parts with almost all other robots in the game. This seamless customization is done through real-time animations, eliminating the need for clunky menus. Each limb comes with unique features and functions, allowing you to mix and match for special abilities such as x-ray vision, plasma shields, stealth camouflage, night vision, and hyperspeed.

The enemy and neutral AI in the game follow the same rules, possessing abilities based on their limb configurations. This creates a dynamic and unpredictable environment where strategy is key. The transportation system includes a variety of vehicles like motorcycles, cars, trucks, and large robots, with more options to come in future updates.

The inventory system allows you to carry all weapons and ammo to any vehicle with a mount or storage. This real-time animated carry system further immerses you in the game world without the interruption of menus. The save system ensures that everything you interact with—from dropped bodies and limbs to weapons, storage, vehicles, and the world itself—is saved, preserving your progress and the impact you've made on the environment.

Instant full body swaps are facilitated via "TerePods" (Repair and Transport Pods). These pods can be carried and mounted to trucks, though they have a limited range. Future updates will introduce other types of pods, such as feature swap or fast travel pods, enhancing your gameplay experience even further.

1.23a Pre-Alpha FUN Features

For those with a physical keyboard, the pre-alpha version includes "Debug" features that may not make it to the final game. To access these, press F12 to show the console and use the following commands:

• show debugbodies - Reveals bodies you can use and test at the Smell station in the starting area. Note that these bodies won't load at the start of the game and should not be used with TerePods.
• teleport (AreaCode) - Instantly transports you to different areas of the game. Area codes include:
  • 0 - Starter Area
  • 1 - Smelter Base Area
  • 2 - Polybius Area
  • 3 - Big Digger 2 Area
  • 4 - Abandoned Base Area
  • 5 - Center Area
  • 6 - Vehicle Repair Area
• teleport up-(Height) - Teleports you upward to test drop damage and falling animations or to reach higher locations.
• teleport lastsave - Returns you to your last save point.
• detach (BodyPart) - Allows you to detach specific body parts, including head, armL, armR, legL, legR, arms, legs, or all.
• disable immunities - Disables all robot immunities, making gameplay more challenging.
• reboot - Simply reboots your robot.

For slower devices, we recommend setting "Shadows" to 0 and "Draw Dist" to 02 in the settings to ensure smooth gameplay. Keep in mind that this is a pre-alpha version, and gameplay may change with future updates.
